Step 1: Prerequisite
To attend the Mastery Program you must have previously participated in the Innovation Engineering Quick Start Program.
Step 2: Online Digital Classes
We use a blended delivery model to ensure optimal learning retention. As part of this approach, you will watch about 80 short digital videos on systems for expert level leadership of people and projects for creating, communicating, and commercializing meaningfully-unique ideas. You can watch them on your computer, phone, or tablet.
Step 3: Ten Session Immersive Virtual Lab Experience
It takes the learning from the digital classes and makes it very real through interactive experiences in a virtual classroom environment. Most importantly – one on one feedback ensures you really learn how to lead system driven innovation.
Step 4: Innovation Engineering Black Belt Certification Path
The path to certification involves three elements:
a) A grade of 100% on all Lab Class Assignments (No stress – you can resubmit unlimited times)
b) Application of the learning to your real work
c) The personal written recommendation of your Innovation Engineering Black Belt certification coach
This is a true mastery program – 10 3- hour immersive virtual sessions plus six months of application to your work. As a result, you will be uniquely positioned to apply transformation skills and oversee complex innovation within your organization.

As a certified Innovation Engineering Black Belt, David works with teams from a variety of industries to help them solve problems with meaningfully unique solutions. Unsatisfied with the status quo, David helps companies innovate internal and external products, services, and systems, facilitating training and projects to help them gain a competitive advantage.
